Tony Parish:

Tony Parish is co founder and Managing Director of G3. A serial entrepreneur, Tony previously was the founder of Parrish Communications a subsidiary to Parrish PLC which was a City based corporate finance and private client stockbroker, and Genesis the most successful UK reseller of Avaya Definity systems between 1995 and 2001. Already under Tony's leadership G3 have won Reseller of the Year at the Comms business Awards, in April 2004, and was G3 was MCI Solutions Partner of the Year 2003.

Tony sold his majority share of Genesis to the venture capitalist company Lloyds TSB Development Capital early in 2002, so that he could concentrate on the taking G3 to success in the converged network and contact centre market. Tony founded Genesis in 1990 with one employee and grew the company to £24 Million turnover with over 200 employees. Whilst Tony was Managing Director of Genesis, they received amongst others the following awards:-

Whilst at Genesis Tony was nominated, and finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year 2000. Before Genesis and Parrish Communications, Tony worked with several industry leaders (BT, Plessey, Norton and Siemens) in varying roles from Engineering Apprentice, National Field Support Specialist, to Network Analyst on a Europe Wide WAN.

Adam Young

Adam Young co-founder of G3 and Technical Director has spent the last 16 years developing his skills in the much-converged world of Voice and Data. Adam has key skills required for today's converged World having been a key player and co founder of Genesis a voice telecommunication start up that had rapid growth through the 90's.

Adam started his career in Banking and Finance at one of the top UK banks where he was face to face with the demands such organisations have with communications.

In 1988 Adam started to specialise in telecommunications by joining as small IT consultancy called Parish Communications, a subsidiary to Parrish PLC which was a City based corporate finance and private client stockbroker. At Parrish Adam met Tony Parish one of the founders of that operation and within two years the pair set off to found Genesis Telecommunications PLC. Running key projects for famous names such as West Deutcsh Landesbank, Commerz Bank, DG Bank and Sony, Adam knows this sector backwards! Spending the last six years at Genesis as a member of the executive team Adam progressed his learning in the commercial, organisational and interpersonal areas of the business, and was responsible for a number of key projects as well as advancing the Project Management team by leading them through the accreditation layout of the APMP qualification.

Matt Dawe

Matt Dawe is co founder and Operations Director of G3. Matt has gained key implementation, systems integration and project skills from his previous posts, and together with his "guru" status within the Avaya Definity market was an obvious choice for the founding team.

Matt began his career in Telecoms back in 1987 joining British Telecom as a modern apprentice. He opted to specialise in the PABX field, rapidly showing a talent for the commissioning of equipment.

After 7 years with BT which saw Matt progress to the grade of Technical Officer but was looking for some more challenging work, after taking some "time out" to travel across 5 continents and 15 countries he decided that he would join Mitel a much more entrepreneurial company founded by the famous Welsh billionaire Terry Matthews.

At Mitel Matt was a key player in the running of the Metropolitan Police voice network where he remained for a year before joining Genesis. It was at Genesis that Matt became well known for his expertise in system integration skills of Avaya's Definity range of equipment. After running key integration and convergence projects for around 2 years and having some 70 systems to his name Matt moved into the Pre Sales arena where he blended his technical skills with the commercial element of the business, aiding Genesis's growth within the Definity market place.

Matt moved into a senior management position in 1999 where his responsibilities included daily and strategic management of a team of over 30 engineers and systems architects. Some of Matt's key achievements during this time include building of the solutions team that implemented all of the converged networks and contact centres for Genesis, most of which have since joined and work with G3.
