Cisco Contact Management ToolThe contact management is a service that enables the creation of customisable directories, extending the functionality of Cisco Systems Callmanager Express (CME). It allows users to add/delete/modify public and personal directories through a web interface and/or directly through XML on the IP phones. Import firm contacts through .csv files, add single contacts, create personal directories and contacts and organize them in folders through a simple web interface. Users can search desired contact, call, modify, delete it or add new ones. |
