This reporting tool collects the Call Detail Records (CDR) generated by the Cisco IP Telephony solution. Call Detail Records generated by CME, creates and schedule reports in order to analyze and monitor the company telephony traffic. The reporting tool, enables managing a unique archive where call detail records for both incoming and outgoing calls are stored. All the required call details such as calling number, called number, date, time and duration of the call are collected. An added features is to schedule one shot or recurrent reports generation specifying the time of the day, day of the week and personal filter. It's also possible to enable automatically forwarding of the report to a specified e-mail address.
